Other Notables

On the offensive line, several interior prospects won a good amount of one-on-one reps and were selected to the best of the best group. They were Alex Parades (Bolingbrook, Ill.), Alex Solak (Menasha, Wis.), KEVIN KAUFMAN (Highland Park, Ill.), and Devin Hunt (East St. Louis, Ill.). At tackle, LaGrange (Ill.) Nazareth Academy’s Matthew Keeler and Ben Scott of Valparaiso (Ind.) had some really strong reps in one-on-ones.

Along the defensive line, Homewood (Ill.) Homewood-Flossmoor’s Isaiah Coe is an athletic defensive tackle which gave offensive linemen problems with his strength and quickness. Nathan Lugo of LaGrange (Ill.) Nazareth Academy was excellent throughout the day. His quickness and athleticism allowed him to rarely be blocked. Josh Malloy of China Grove (NC) is another defensive tackle with a good motor and the burst to win reps. Camron Mattox is a lean, athletic defensive end from Country Club Hills (Ill.) Hillcrest. Matthew Knudtson of Willowbrook (Ill.) is a strong, hard-nosed tackle whose tenacity made him a handful for offensive linemen. Gurnee (Ill.) Warren’s Zachary Pelland is a big prospect with good strength and ability.
