Kevin Kaufman and Matthew Cortes have been anchors all season long on the offensive and defensive lines for Highland Park.
At 6-foot, 300 pounds, Kaufman plays left guard on offense and wherever he’s needed on the defensive line. Cortes, who is 6-1, 324 pounds, plays tackle on both lines.
